The Black Lace Diamond Cowl is a modern crochet design. By using traditional granny squares together with mini and half granny squares the cowl was created to drape over the neck and shoulders. The design brings openness to the scarf making it airy, soft and warm. Pops of color and variegated yarns add to the fun. To add to the cowl's versatility, buttons were added both as a decorative element and to enhance its wearability.
Black is the primary color with pops of pink, gray, brown and beige.
The cowl is 9” wide x 30” long made with a variety of hand-dyed/painted lace-weight merino wool yarns dyed by indie dyers from the US, South America and Europe. A fabric made with lace-weight yarn makes the cowl especially soft.
Hand wash with wool wash, dry flat.
